Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is completely free.
All return costs are covered by Orla & Maeve Kildare.

The item and packaging must be in good condition, similar to how they were received

Please do not send items back to the sender’s address unless specifically instructed to do so.
Processing & Refunds
Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive the item.
Once approved, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
No additional fees will be charged.
Order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the final item, provided the purchase was made for personal use.
As orders are processed automatically, cancellations cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
However, once your order has been delivered, it may be returned in accordance with this policy at no cost to you.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order:
You will receive a refund for the products purchased
Any optional upgraded delivery fees, if selected, are not refundable
Refunds are issued once the returned items have been received and approved
